Padel, batting cages and shuttle runs all in one session? Yeah, count me in! The Play-Offs are back at @the108london in @brentcrosstown and we went down to see the action ahead of the kick off on 25th July. The format is simple: teams of two (or you can sign up solo) compete across three challenges: padel, baseball batting cages and a bootcamp fitness challenge. You collect points throughout each round and the team with the highest score takes the win, plus there are prizes up for grabs.What I liked most is that you don't need to be an expert in any of them.
