FAQs

  • Where can I park?

We know how useful parking spaces are for popping to the local shop or visiting our parks. To ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy these local amenities, the Brent Cross Town Controlled Parking area currently covers Claremont Way and the temporary Tilling Road Car Park, which can be accessed by the Costa Coffee roundabout behind Brent South Shopping Park – there is a pedestrian route that connects through to Merchant Street.

From Wednesday 24 June 2026, Claremont Way car park will permanently close to make way for redevelopment. To maintain parking provision, a new temporary car park will open just off Whitefield Avenue and a fee will be charged via Pay by Phone, which is consistent with charges in the area. Pay by Phone parking bays are also available on Marble Drive and Claremont Road, as well as via yourparkingspace.co.uk and justpark.com.

Please note, parking wardens monitor these areas and automated cameras will record any vehicles which exceed the time limits in the car park. Please check the signs displayed for the restrictions covering different parking bays and the opening times of the car park. Should your vehicle be found to be parked in this area in contravention of the parking rules, a Private Parking Ticket (PPT) may be issued. Full details of these penalties are available from the signs located around the Claremont Way area.

  • Where can I find toilets and changing facilities?

Free-to-use and bathrooms and baby changing facilities can be located at the kiosk in Claremont Park and at the Brent Cross Town Visitor Pavilion.

  • Are dogs allowed in Brent Cross Town’s parks?

Yes, but they must be on a leash.

  • What are the parks’ opening hours?

Opening hours can be found on the Claremont Park and Exploratory Park pages.

  • Is Brent Cross Town wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have designed all our public spaces with accessibility in mind. To ensure that everyone can visit and enjoy what Brent Cross Town has to offer, we have installed dropped curbs around our roads, pavements and car parks. We have installed hard surface walkways with gentle slopes around the parks, as well as disabled toilet facilities in both the Visitor Pavilion and Claremont Park.

  • Is there disabled parking at Brent Cross Town?

Yes, we have a disabled parking bay outside the shops on Claremont Way, as well as one disabled parking space in each of our two car parks.

  • Where can I look for lost property?

All lost property is handed in at the Visitor Pavilion and logged. Items unclaimed after 3 months will be archived and donated to north London charities.
