Brent Cross Town is the centrepiece of Barnet Council’s biggest growth programme

Barnet Council is responsible for overseeing the regeneration of the whole of the Brent Cross Cricklewood area, which comprises Brent Cross shopping centre, Brent Cross Town and the delivery of the new Brent Cross West station.

Argent Related and Barnet Council have entered into a joint venture partnership, BXS LP, to deliver Brent Cross Town. The Council is working with Hammerson and Aberdeen Standard Life to redevelop the Brent Cross Shopping Centre to the north.

Barnet Council is also delivering the new Brent Cross West Station. Funded by MHCLG, it is one of the first rail projects in England to be delivered entirely by a local authority in partnership with Network Rail and the Department for Transport.

UK development company and the urban regeneration specialist

Argent Related is a developer with big ambitions and the powerful vision it takes to create lasting, liveable places in which people can flourish.

The company brings together the expertise and unequalled track record of Argent, one of the UK’s most respected urban placemakers – responsible for the redevelopment of the multi-award winning King’s Cross, Brindleyplace and the Piccadilly area of Manchester – and Related, one of the United States’ most prominent and successful real estate and investment firms. Related is responsible for the Hudson Yards development in New York, which is transforming a disused part of the city and is receiving accolades from around the globe.

Argent and Related between them have amassed more than 80 awards since the beginning of 2015 for their developments and business practices.
